Squaw Valley Alpine Meadows U.S. Ski Team Day
The 3rd annual Squaw Valley U.S. Ski Team ProAm took place on Saturday March, 22
Participating U.S. Ski Team athletes included: Stacey Cook, Leanne Smith, Katie Ryan, Anna Marno, Foreste Peterson, Paula Moltzan, Katharine Irwin, Bryce Bennett, Marco Sullivan, Nolan Kasper, Dave Chodounsky, Will Brandenburg, Ryan Cochran-Siegle, and Robby Kelley plus Billy Kidd and U.S. Ski Team Alumni!
The ProAm was created to give local racers and U.S. Ski Team fans an opportunity to go head-to-head with the Team on the race course while raising essential funds for both the U.S. Ski Team and the Squaw Valley Ski Team. Thank you for joining us on the beautiful Squaw Valley slopes this March to celebrate the homecoming of our Olympic Team and begin the journey to the 2018 Olympic Winter Games.
Stay tuned for more information about future Squaw Valley events!
*About the Cause
The U.S. Ski and Snowboard Foundation is a non-profit, 501(c)3. Donations to the Foundation support athletes in all disciplines of the U.S. Ski Team, U.S. Snowboarding and U.S. Freeskiing, the only teams on the international circuit that receive no federal funding. More specifically, 100% of the monies raised will help fund year-round athlete training, competition, development and educational needs in the crucial years leading up to the next Olympic Winter Games.
The success of our athletes depends upon private donations and support from individuals like you. Thank you for supporting!
